How much will it cost to ship my order?
Orders are shipped FedEx ground within the continental United States (we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time, nor to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses) and FedEx ground within Canada.
Shipping costs are:
- $9.95 for all orders under $100
- FREE for all orders over $100*
* Total order must reach $100.00 before all applicable taxes
How long will it take to get my order?
For orders shipped via ground service, please allow up to 7-10 business days*.
*Note: A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. All shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year. (i.e. Christmas time, when shipping volumes are high) Canadian orders are shipped from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada.
US Orders ship from Blaine, Washington.

International Orders
We are currently not set up to accept international orders outside continental US and Canada. Please check back soon as we plan to offer this service shortly. Until such time, you may place such orders at oceansidepublishing.com
Ship-to Address:
A full ship-to address is required.
As we ship via UPS/FedEx, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes--you MUST have a non-P.O. Box street address to receive your order.
Where is my parcel left if I'm not at home to receive it?
Orders shipped can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available to accept the package, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, a delivery slip will be left advising that the package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest UPS/FedEx depot. This will have all the information to contact your local depot for pickup or redelivery arrangements. .
Failed Delivery
If three delivery attempts have been made or 30 days elapses from the first attempt, then product is automatically returned to Sequel. If this occurs Sequel will provide you with a full refund on your order except for shipping fees. If at this time you wish for redelivery, you may reorder product from the Sequel website and pay shipping again.
Will all of my items be shipped together?
We ship all items together at one time. If any items are out of stock we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to you.
