If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return or exchange the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 (thirty) days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Sequel Natural merchandise. You may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, replacement, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product.
  • We will pay any shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective items.
  • Note that Merchandise cannot be returned for credit without a prior authorization.
  • No returns will be accepted 30 days after shipping date. Returns will not be accepted on items with expired date codes.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Processing
We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse.
  • We will credit your credit card after we receive your return and send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.
  • Transit time can add 14 - 21 days delay from when you ship your package and the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
  • Your refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please note we will need that credit card number in order to do so.
  • Processing of returns, refunds and replacements are handled on an individual basis.
  • If you were not originally charged full shipping because your order was over $100, you will be charged shipping if any items from that order are returned for reasons other than damaged or defective product.
No returns are accepted without a "Return Authorization Form" that can be downloaded here: Return Authorization Form. Please fill out the form in full and fax it to 604-945-3233 or email it to rma@sequelnaturals.com.
Once your return has been received, we will process your return request and email either an authorization for return or a reason for decline. Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and Shipping & Handling will be nonrefundable.

If for any reason you wish to return an item please download the Return Authorization Form . Once your return has been approved we will process your return request and email to inform you to proceed.

Returning Your Item
Prior to returning your item you must have an approved Return Authorization Form email from Sequel Naturals. Included with the item(s) you would be returning please enclose your invoice that you received with your order and a short explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Also please make note of a phone number or email address you are easily contacted at in case we should need to reach you. Note: garments that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please follow these steps:
  1. Download and complete the Return Authorization Form and submit it to Sequel Naturals for approval. Be sure to include the credit card information that was used for the initial purchase.
  2. If your return is authorized you will be notified and can proceed with the return.
  3. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
  4. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS/FedEx.
  5. Sequel Naturals will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged orders or returns.
  6. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed after your product has been received at Sequel Naturals.
Exchanging Your Item
Please download the Return Authorization Form, fill out the form in full and fax it to 604-945-3233 or email it to rma@sequelnaturals.com. Once your return has been received, we will process your return request and email an authorization for return arrange for a return and refund of the product(s).

To exchange, merely place another order online for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Garments that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Open Packages
Please note that only one opened package of any product is eligible for a return. All others of the same product must be on factory sealed container for a refund. Garments that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages
At sequelnaturals.com, we are committed to selling only first-quality items. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at rma@sequelnaturals.com.
  • We will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
  • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number.
  • To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
