Q: What if the item I ordered is not available?
A: Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will ship the remaining in-stock items in your order. You will only be charged for the items which actually ship to you.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: Please be advised that once an order has been placed it is processed and shipped immediately. For that reason we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations unless contacted immediately.

Q: What if I don’t like the item I have purchased?
A: The Sequel eStore offers a 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE – Sequel Naturals offers only the highest quality goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, download, submit and receive a return approval from Sequel Naturals (see information under Returns and Exchanges) then return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 (thirty) days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.
